Communication is key, so feel free to reach out via text – we’ll do our best to respond promptly, even if we’re with another client. For non-urgent inquiries, you can also send us an email, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. On weekends, we’ll respond on the following Monday.
Please note our cancellation policy: any bookings cancelled within 12 hours of the reserved time will incur a $40 fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations without notice will be charged the full service cost. After two or more instances of this, we reserve the right to cancel any future appointments on your account.
